25 Easy Changes To A New You

Everyone is buzzing about diet and exercise in the month of January. Unfortunately so many of us take an all or nothing approach to our health. To help combat that, I have come up with 25 Easy Changes To A New You.

Every other Friday, there will be a new change to make to your daily routine that, in the end, will make you a healthier person. If you stick with each change for 21 days, it should become very hard for you to break. Remember, it takes 21 days to make a habit. I’m going to give you 14 days, so that you don’t forget to keep up the good work!  We can be so easily distracted these days.

Change #1: Every time you go past a water fountain (or bubbler if you grew up in my town), take a drink.

Benefit: Increase your water intake for the day.

Try it out and see how easy it is to make this a habit!
