Normally, I wouldn’t write about Dad workouts on my Mom pages here, but I find that it is much easier for me to eat right and exercise when my husband is doing the same. Nothing makes me weaker than watching him eat “junk food” while I eat right. Then one bite here and one bite there turns into poorly planned meals and missed workouts. Not good! I’m always much better off when he’s on the right track too!

What I noticed at our house is I didn’t have the energy to take care of all the meal preparations. Then, the meals became less and less healthy. Now that Joey is almost 9 months old, we have a good groove and are all eating well and finding time to workout. What a relief!
