My co-worker showed me this very interesting program where you train to do 100 pushups in a row. Very interesting! I am in the middle of another program right now (the Fit Yummy Mummy program), but after our 12 week challenge is up, I’m going to try this!

Wow, I am sore today! I had been working out before the STC, but not to the extent that I could. I decided to do 3 sets of everything yesterday. Boy am I feeling it! Yippee!
